During my recent lunch at La Boucherie restaurant in Alençon, I noticed several positive and negative aspects. The service was OK, but lacked professionalism on certain details, such as forgetting to mention the special of the day. Regarding the meal, I ordered the butcher's assortment medium rare. Unfortunately, although the tab and pear were cooked to my liking, the spider was overcooked. A point of particular concern was the drinks. The water bottles provided were not glass, which is surprising for a chain in this price range. Additionally, my water bottle displayed an impending expiration date, likely indicating a violation of the FIFO (first in, first out) process normally used to manag...
Very disappointed. one Saturday evening at 7pm four products not available on a 6-person order. waitress trying to catch up with the bar mistakes. having eaten a week before in another butcher shop the recipe for some products is not the same.
good home, good waiter, césar county salad instead of parmesan ok but is it exceptional? very good cozy with a good sauce, for the gourmet moment serves as well but a pity that it does not match the menu photo. Overall not deceived.
Very nice waiter! That's what makes me put a 3-star. My shallots sauce was only fat, the meat of the tartar of poor quality. Everything was very big. It's a shame because the staff is really nice and listening.

Good experience for a first in this sign. Meat is really tender as announced. Very nice service. Small flat for sodas made with concentrated syrup, I still put 5 stars. I'll probably be back.
