Had a nice dinner for 2 here, booked in advance to avoid being disappointed during peak hours, but proved unnecessary, it was relatively quiet. As an appetizer I enjoyed the tuna tars with avocado and Wasabi cream the combination was just right and tasted great. Main course we have ordered: Dish 1- Special of the day, what was beef in a mustard sauce with vegetables and butter pappardelle pasta. What a burst of taste of such a basic looking dish, with every taste was divine. Very recommended! Dish 2 sea bass with asparagus, saffron sauce, potatoes and fennel. Great brasserie in Montreux with generous portions. Went there wuth my hubby. I had the butternut cappuccino to start with, the milanese veal which was huge! It is a battered and pan fried, served with salad and fries) as a main and baba au rhum for dessert. We also had a bottle or local pinot noir. The bill was chf90 per person which is expensive but it is the average price in Montreux.
One of my favorite roasts in Montreux. Beautiful selection of dishes and wine. Great steak with pommes! Service is friendly and professional. Good choice for all, friends, families or couples. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel with separate entrance.
Wonderful experience tonight. We had the Swiss Entrecote and the Linguins and both were phenomenal! Never had anything like her. My drink was amazing too! Very recommended, this will go overseas as one of our favorite foods!
