Herself swears we went here three years ago and loved it. I don't remember three years ago, but I love it now. It has an eclectic interior with half-hulls to full-sized wooden seagulls. The service is friendly and patient, and the food is exceptional (even for France). I had a roast goose that was tender and rich. My entreé was marinated salmon that had the texture of sashimi and a slightly smokey flavor. The desserts ranged from a baked apple tart with caramel drizzle and the violently vanilla ice cream the French love, to a sphere of chocolate melted by a shower of hot chocolate sauce revealing a scoop of sherbet
