I would like to leave a positive review, but I didn't get a chance to eat here! it was a Thursday night that came from the main season. the restaurant was far from full so I hoped to get a table. so it seems normal in frankly empty tables do not seem the same to get space. we were turned away. it was the early evening and the place was not even half full. I'm sure eating is nice and I would have loved the chance to try it! most other restaurants in the opposite were closed in this night thanks to the quality for a removal pizza! I rated the service average, but I am not able to evaluate the food or the value of this restaurant
This is a really sad but somewhat typical tale of what happens when you have a very busy restaurant with not enough staff. Two people waiting on tables and we could not get the bill. We had our food but after that we were ignored,...I asked for the bill and waited minutes while ignored again, eventually caught the eye of a second waiter. The bill still took a further ten minutes. Such a shame, profit over service
had to book in to get in, but wait is worth it. atmosphere fantastic, eating amazing the risotto was great. the egg that was hung with whiskey was from this world wee shared it.
we have been on speculations (it was mid-september) and got a great meal, good service and a beautiful atmosphere. at the table next to us were a student couple with pizza.
