La Cabala is a lovely restaurant in center of Toldedo, very near the cathedral. It is Michelin recommended We had the menu, and the food was excellent, and beautifully plated. Service was a bit too quick, and i would have preferred a more leisurely dinner. Service was friendly, and prices appropriate for quality of food and service. The ala carte menu looked very nice, though we had the preset menu.
the food was very rich, in particular, we ordered the tomato salad with cheese and it was spectacular. Although the cod was too salty, we did not care because what was really fantastic and made the outstanding experience was the kindness and attention of the staff, it was wonderful. to add more, the restaurant was impeccable, very clean.
A ver es un restaurante bueno pero hay que saber que es de cocina de autor no típica y hay que ir con tiempo (unas dos hrs) servicio amable pero si vas de turismo y prisa no es buena opción.
