Every time we pass through Oléron Island we always stop at Cabane a Ludo (oyster producer just before entering the island (especially in summer when there is 10km of traffic jam They are always welcoming in a simple and friendly place, we recommend the big plate of oysters with a glass of obligatory white glass and life is beautiful :
Excellent oysters at an unobtainable price. You can find oysters no. 1 (the largest, practically impossible to find in the restaurant where the n. 3 are at home) at 13 euros per dozen served with a glass of wine (or soft drink), bread, butter and lemon or vinegar as you prefer. Excellent quality. Definitely coming back
