Bad service, even if our waiter tries to not update his best short menu “we do this dish only in winter”, “we have no more this wine, we have changed it” but he did not know the price that was friendly $12.00 higher! and with many articles not available. Food: cheese plate small and with “supermarket choice” cheese, mussels over cooked and in a swimming pool of uncooked white wine, profiteroles ok. atmosphere ok, beautiful live jazz and beautiful playlist after. I don't know if I'll give a second chance...
Delicious and authentic French cuisine...in Brooklyn! The onion soup is superb, and the atmosphere is cozy with delightful French music playing. The owner is very kind and makes you feel right at home, and if you ask, they'll share some great tips on the French language.
Fantastic service, a cozy ambiance, and genuine cuisine. Even the arugula salad was enjoyable, and I'm not a fan of arugula at all! If you're in NYC, you should definitely visit this place!
This place has been a neighborhood go-to mine and never disappoints. Authentic French fare and great service from the bartender and owners. Big fan of the lamb shank, pork chop and burger.

I had an excellent experience yesterday at La Cafette. The service was fantastic, the staff were wonderful, and it truly felt like a little taste of being back in France.
The ambience was very friendly, and the food was excellent and in a good affordable range including drinks. The waiting staff was highly professional and informative,
