We made a reservation to watch the Colombia game, we arrived 30 minutes early and the table reserved in person, not by phone, was already occupied. They ignored us, they left us standing, they didn't give us a table and we had to leave the place. It is a lack of respect for customers, making them waste time. If they do not have the seriousness and responsibility to respect table reservations, do not make them.
Having to wait 45 minutes for a dish, the waitress looking at her cell phone for another 25 minutes to bring the bill, she did not bring the soup that accompanied the dish, never a real disaster, the attention. And the people who were in front of us were just as upset. Yesika M attended to us

I had an excellent experience with outstanding service and attention. The food was fantastic, and for dessert, I enjoyed a pear cheese that brought back memories of La Tierra.
