After looking at all the menus of the surrounding restaurants we came across the suggestion of the day noted on the slate which made us want to taste it. Very nice surprise, this cuttlefish stuffed with scallops on a bed of sweet potato puree. Excellent. The equally good fillet of sea bream and a hearty gourmet coffee to finish. Good discovery of this restaurant.
Not easy to resume such an institution after the retirement of the former exploiter, yet this has been done by master. We have been unconditioned in this restaurant for a few years and more than ever decided to stay. Great reception, and great cuisine, the fish/sea fruit skewer is a treat. Bravo, keep going!
Second night in this great restaurant. A passionate leader and it's on the plates. beautiful presentation and a real delight. very helpful staff and all smiles. Do not miss this establishment if you are visiting St. Raphael.
