When you have to eat in Colombier you can try this restaurant. Situated near the small airfield of Neuchatel with a nice terrace and a good seating capacity inside and outside. If you arrive by car, you can find spots for parking right in front of the restaurant. Service fast and discrete , no waiting times whatsoever , beside the waiting for the chef to finish you dish that you ordered. Food very good quality I went for a salmon sashimi starter with tzatziki sauce a fusion where east met Mediterranean gastronomy nonetheless a match made in haven, very good. I loved this place. The covered terrace is very beautiful and quiet. The welcome is very good as well as the service. There is a nice menu, the food is quality and the dishes are well presented.

The restaurant has been redone for a while... Always a warm setting with a magnificent view of the Areuse plain in good weather and the food is great at a fair price... I recommend
