fresh and local product with a selection of very good choice, a very solid base and often new recipes that constantly push creativity and excellent use of the terroir, taste without hesitation!
good in general despite the sweet fries (maybe consider cooking or variety of potatoes used.) menus a little expensive even if made with fresh products.
