large tapas bar in the center of melilla. the pincho was delicious and that was the free tapa. the garnel where so fresh and full taste. Baby Clams also with garlic, white wine and lemon. small terrace in front. efficient and friendly staff. prices quite high...for what they get in the restaurant, but it is high quality eating. 1
