A treat like last year! I tasted the freedom bowl that is different from last year: a success. Great good, super copious and especially super healthy !!!! Green juice with ginger is top. The desserts are not in the rest, we loved "the Matteo pudding" and "the Peanut Shockcake". Top as usual! Thank you, Charlotte, Matteo and her very friendly team. Thank you. Soon Kristell and Erwan
