La Casa De Pollo - Table reservation

Three times we ordered at home, first a perfect order, and since a descent to the negative, a month ago our order was 1 hour later when they arrived, they warned us that he had no offer to freeze us, he missed the drinks. Average for an order at 30€. Last night, we ordered to request a delivery at 9:30pm, negative response since its closing at 9pm, so delivery expected at 9pm. Order finally received around 9h45 without warning.... Besides, the offers were tiny! The fries and cheeseburgers completely cold (microwave mandatory). 1st order at the Pollo Case with delivery at home. How to say, by opening the box, the wings were all carbonized, immangeable... The tenders don’t worry very good! We sent a photo of the inside of the box to prove that the wings were beautiful is well carbonized but no return on their part, I don’t find it very professional, at least answer to ask us to go looking for eatables, but no answer... Anyway for something new in our campaign is really bad...

I want to be patient, but it's abused. I've been disappointed for 3/4 times. Fried crane, 45 minutes late and I called otherwise it was more. And tonight, there's a fries missing and I have another one I hate. Cheddar onions. Looks like a block, a boiled purée... a burger, I can do the same at home. More and more disappointed

I ordered it for 39,90 € and honestly it is the true whip of the mouth I was shocked by the quality of the products of the gramation of the food and the fries bath in the unmangeable oil impossible to take them one by one all glued and the other it is really unworldly to do the same work and sell it as expensive !!!!
