Fantastic Mexican restaurant! The food is incredibly authentic, and the service is excellent. The Pozole took me back to my trip to Mexico City; it was absolutely delicious! A huge thank you to the owner for creating such a cozy spot to enjoy real Mexican cuisine. The communal atmosphere makes it feel even more like home. The portions are generous, and the prices are just right. Be sure to check out the Specials Board – the options are outstanding!
This is a great restaurant to visit for tacos! The food is fantastic—we ordered the grilled chicken tacos, which were delicious. They came with four tacos brimming with chicken, accompanied by a side of salad. Definitely worth it! The chicken burrito was also quite tasty. The service was warm and friendly, and they provided freshly made chips, salsa, and guacamole upon request. Overall, a nice experience!
This cute BYOB joint is great for everything ‘taco’. We were looking for BYOB joints in this area and stumbled upon this restaurant! It’s just the chef and his wife and gosh they create beautiful meals! A little tight with very few tables but tasteful interiors, they have mocktails to which you can add your alcohol and whoa party time! Their dessert was to die for! Absolutely love this place.
Great place, heard by Instagram. Looks super nice, came and ate and it was just as good. The staff was friendly and the food came out very quickly. The portions were a good size, the taste was on point. We had the chorizo tacos and flauta verde together with a entre by queso fundido con chorizo.. The coffee flon was also very good. Everything tasted very good, will definitely come back. Book a table now
I've had better horchatas; this one was too watery and too sweet for my taste. However, the food overall was amazing! The tacos were delicious and fresh. I tried steak, carnitas, and chorizo, and they were all great, with the steak being my favorite. I also ordered churros, which were made right on the spot in about 3-5 minutes, and they were incredibly tasty!
They're open again!!! I suspect they closed due to a lack of customers, which raises the question of whether it was because of the pricing. Regardless, I'm thrilled they're back in business. However, they no longer offer their incredible mole on the menu. I wonder if they'd be willing to make it if you called two days ahead? Bring back the mole!!!
The best authentic Mexican restaurant in Bergen County! The food is delicious, genuine, and simply outstanding! This is NOT a Tex-Mex place! It's BYOB. I was so eager to try the food that I forgot to take a proper picture!
Great authentic taking tacos. We tried the fish, carne asada, pollo and chorizo. Careful the serrano pepper is super hot. The guacamole is mild to ask for jalapenos. Chips served warm. Book a table now
