Teníamos reserva a las 13:30 y hemos llegado a las 12 :55 para tomar algo antes de comer y la camarera nos contestó de malas maneras diciendo que no abrían hasta las 13 h y no se podía entrar. Al volver al restaurante pedimos para picar y había mucha desorganización de camareros que tuvimos que pedir varias veces que nos trajeran la bebida . A parte pedías que llevaban los platos de guarnición y no sabían explicarte. Al igual que las salsas no sabían si eran picantes o no. Tuvimos que esperar mucho para que nos trajeran las bebidas y no hablar de pedir una servilleta que llegó a la hora de irnos. El pulpo buenísimo pero le faltaba sal gruesa .
Restaurant is nice great decor. Food ok, nothing special but worth eating here just for the decor, however be prepared for the worst service I have ever encountered. It feels like waiters are doing you a favour by being there. All good and drinks are served from one corner of the table and you have to pass plates around to each other. No eye contact at all, no niceties. All empty glasses are left on the table to the point you can't even move your elbows for fear of tipping some empty glasses over. Very disappointing. We have visited all other Casa Gallegas un Mallorca and had excellent service, unfortunately not at this one.
We had our lunch here, last Wednesday and enjoyed it to the full. We came early to the restaurant at about 13;15 and few tables were already taken. We enjoyed the pulpo as it was tender and tasty but not rubbery! My wife enjoyed the menue of the day, a very good deal at very moderate price of € 14,50. Service us friendly and efficient. When we left the large restaurant was well crowded with locals. The food is excellent and the ambient is typical Spanish. We will return when in Palma again.
What a wonderful place! What a lovely atmosphere (even if the tables may be too close)! The whole staff, especially the waiter that served us during our multiple visits, was very kind! The meat is one of the best we've ever tasted. Nevertheless the flagship of the restaurant is the offer of Pinchos: unusual, cheap (ca. 2€ per serving) and tasty. Nothing else to say, just visit it and enjoy your meal!

Todo estuvo súper bien, la comida buenísima si tuviera que dar alguna puntilla una camarera como estábamos hablando entre nosotros y no la oíamos en vez de decirnos disculpen o perdonen dijo un hooooolaaaaaa? Pero bueno nada que no se arregle . Volveré sin duda
Relación calidad precio muy bien. Servicio amable y atento. Falta un punto de profesionalidad, como en muchas parets. Menú recomendable. Exquisito. Decoración y ambiente muy Bueno. Los encargados de sala muy pendientes. Recomendado.
Lamentablemente hay que resaltar que el servicio fue excesivamente lento. Incluso nos trajeron los cafés antes de los postres, que por cierto sólo había dos donde elegir y eso que el menú era muy completo y con muchas opciones.
Vinimos con mi mujer a comer el menú semanal y terminamos comiendo suuuper rico, nos atendió Jordan q la verdad es un crack! Súper atento y amable
