The interior of this hotel and restaurant is very classy indeed. Spain’s real soul and elegance is to be found in its inland towns and Osuna is stunning. The food was beautifully cooked and the service was largely excellent and friendly. My only tiny disappointments were that the first waitress was somewhat offhand initially, and the waiter forgetting my water, and when it arrived, the water being in a large plastic bottle placed on the table. This is extraordinary in an otherwise tasteful establishment. Mineral water in a restaurant should arrive in a glasss bottle no larger that 70 cl, otherwise it is unwieldy and cumbersome. We stayed for four nights and had requested vegetarian food in advance. The chef fully understood the concept of vegetarian food which you would expect but many do not for example we have received soup containing chicken stock in one 4 star hotel. Every evening we received four courses plus a dessert. Each course was well cooked and beautifully presented useing fresh ingredients and a good mix of herbs to give wonderful flavours.The speed of service was just right we were never rushed but did not have to wait too long for the next course to arrive. Sin duda alguna lo mejor el personal. Si, es un sitio pintoresco pero debe mejorar (o en todo caso mantener) muchos detalles. La habitacion tiene muchas humedades, la iluminación es escasa, las puertas no cierran o rozan con el suelo, al menos una lucecita en el armario, etc. En cuanto a la localización, bien.
El personal de recepción muy atento y amable, nos recomendó que ver y donde comer. El buffet variado y acogedor. La única parte negativa es que mi mujer vio una cucaracha por el baño de la habitación, por si se puede tomar alguna medida contra ellas, ya que desluce la experiencia.

Nos alojamos en Osuna por 4 noches en este espléndido hotel. La pasamos muy bien en general, en particular la acogida fue excelente, ya que charlamos felizmente con el personal, que siempre estuvo disponible y a quien agradecemos por la maravillosa experiencia.
El hotel está bien pero tiene un inconveniente fundamental, no pegamos ojo,, un ruido internamente como de una compresora, o un motor de nevera toda la noche. Sino lo arreglan, no volveremos.
The place is great (we stayed at the hotel). the food is very good and they can adapt it for people with coeliac disease: the cook came in person to explain which dishes could be adapted.
El hotel es precioso. Es como estar dentro de un monumento/museo histórico. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Desayuno riquísimo. Lo recomiendo 100%, a todos los viajeros.
