the owners made us pay for a very bad room at the same price as the others in our friends who are suites instead. The room was on the ground floor, adjacent to the noisy bar, overlooking the parking lot, so it is impossible to open the window because everyone can look inside and the air conditioning was turned off from 9pm. The bathroom was for the disabled, so no glass for the shower etc. but above all to our complaints they said that they had no other rooms for a wedding. They didn't tell us anything even though we booked two months before and didn't want to hear any reason, they sent a waitress who didn't even speak English and refused to talk to customers. He dado una muy baja calificación a la habitación pues no entiendo porque en este como en muchos hoteles apagan la calefacción en la noche, que es cuando más se necesita. Si eres una persona friolenta como yo. No te hospede aquí. He de aclarar que el servicio y la atención fueron excelentes. Pero este pequeño detalle mancha toda la experiencia.
Las instalaciones estaban limpias, pero de uno de los grifos salía agua con color marrón y también del bidé. Deberían revisar ese grifo y ese bidé. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y muy atentos el personal en general. Para un día que estuvimos, no estuvo mal, pero costó caro calidad-precio.

NO ONE speaks english. All the food is covered in fat. The staff all looks like they are forced to be there and that they hate you with all their might. So do youself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM LUPA
Servicios de hostelería muy bien, servicios de comedor bien, pero platos de cocina el primero presencia a simple vista bien, faltan sabores de espaguetis a la marinera, podía estar mejor.
Solo tomé un cafe. Pero ese café merece esta reseña. El mejor cafe de mi vida: no sabía q podría ser tan intenso. Tendre q comer para completar este comentario.

Hotel estupendo. Me encantan las habitaciones de la casona. He ido muchas veces y me encanta. Gran desayuno.
