We booked here on recommendation from our ski concierge as the chefs were having a night off at our chalet. Cute little restaurant, very friendly young server. We made advanced reservations but they didn’t have them on their list so we were sat at an awkward table at the top of the stairs. Orders taken immediately but the food took 45 mins to be served. We ordered the fondue which arrived broken (separated). When we asked the server why, he said it wasn’t cooked right but didn’t offer to correct it. We ate a raclette (3 people). The charcuterie was of very poor quality. Cheese, far from being amazing either. The salad was cruelly lacking dressing. The device was another time and absolutely not practical. Everything for 33€ each! We read about Google's comments that the raclette is at will, that they kept telling us well. And first of all, a horrible playlist. We can leave them that the frame is cute, but that’s all.
Home PITOYABLE! I've never seen such a unserviceable and unprofessional person! You need to change your profession when you're not doing food!
