I came here many years ago for some tacos. This time we swung by for the pozole we keep hearing about. I have to say it's not bad. The pozole is seriously good and although they take their time before you get your fix, it's worth it. It still is a small quantity little Mexican restaurant that doesn't seat many, but it is nice. I don't mind the wait at all since the taste is what I am looking at. Have I had better pozole in other spots? Hmmm, maybe, but this ranks high on the list. The amount they serve is amazing, well as far as take out, not sure exactly how it's served in house. I was amazed and I know you will be also.
I finally tried this place and ordered the bistec a la mexicana. The dish was full of deliciousness. The salsa for the chips was really spicy, so make sure to have lots of water nearby. The restaurant is a beautiful and cozy place. Overall, the food was well prepared and tasty.
The food at this restaurant was authentic and delicious. I tried a few tamales, enchiladas, and other dishes, all of which were a bit spicy but still very tasty. I visited on the weekend and it wasn't too busy, with plenty of available tables.
Paid $10 for a large strawberry horchata at the festival and it tasted so artificial I couldn’t even drink it…waste of money.

The staff was friendly and the salsa was excellent! The tamales, although not fresh, were still delicious.
The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service from the friendly staff is excellent.
Do not order the Chilaquiles; they are soggy and lack flavor, with a dull taste of peppers.
