Do not overlook this restaurant. It is located in Long Beach off Cherry Ave, in a small plaza with ample parking. It may be tucked away in a corner, but its vibrant colors make it impossible to miss. From the moment my colleagues and I arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted. Isabella, our server, made sure my dining experience was seamless by recommending delicious items from the menu. This restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff was extremely helpful, the menu had plenty of options to choose from, and the freshly made tortillas were absolutely delicious. We ordered the fish (full of flavor), birria (juicy), shrimp (crispy and delicious), and chicken tinga (perfectly cooked). The tacos were a good size, generously filled, flavorful, and tasted very fresh. We dined outside and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!
The food was amazing. The tinga tacos are outstanding, definitely try them. They suggest the queso birria tacos, but those were not my favorite as they were too heavy on the cheese for my liking. Stick to the tinga tacos when you come here.
