We were lucky to get a table in the cosy atmosphere of La Chapelle. It was a return after the pandemic although we came a few times to the Bistro a few times in the last few months. Everything was perfect : staff was welcoming and helpful, the menu was well balanced and the food from start to finish was excellent, specially the pigeon. Highly recommended
Le cadre est magnifique relooké par rapport à l'ancienne chapelle de l'ancien château. Toutefois je trouve que le rapport menu/prix est surfait. De plus manque de synchronisation notamment apéritifs servis et attente pour avoir les amuse-bouche. En effet le prix a été augmenté de près de 40% par rapport à 2023 pour un menu similaire.
Nous n'avons aucune expérience spatiale et l'équipe du chef Valade nous a mis sur orbite. Un voyage culinaire parfait. La musique d'ambiance pourrait quant à elle, être revue car elle fait penser aux musiques d'attente dans les ascenseurs des grands palace.
