I made a detour of a hundred km to spend a night in the establishment: it was so PERFECT and DELICIOUS that it even deserves to come on purpose! Staff at the highest level, a gentle welcome with a lot of love of the profession, a great concern for the well-being of the guests, a delicacy which does honor to the old stones of this majestic building wonderfully highlighted by a talented architectural restoration which borders on genius.
