La châtaigneraie is a perfect address for a short stay in Evisa. The facility is managed by its owner, who will bend back to ensure that your stay here is as smooth as possible. This hotel restaurant looked like a stop for GR20 Wanderer. When we entered, the dining room was filled by a huge group (about 30 people) on the same table. It had a warm atmosphere with rich mountain food such as wild boar parmentier, corsican vein, chestnut sponge cake. A good place to eat a hearty meal!
