Ambiance and very pleasant decor. The maturation window and the lobster aquarium announce the color of the entrance. The reception and service are very pleasant, the staff is smiling and warm despite the 'affluences. The card envy proposals and menus are rich and varied. The dishes are usually tasty even if for me I would like more flavors when they are advertised in the titles, but you still have to enjoy them as much. The real dish will therefore remain the temperature of just hot dishes. Added to an accumulation of plates on the pass-plat or early departure and impatience of some customers, this seems to result from a number of servers perhaps slightly insufficient for this complete room....
