excellent food prepared by the chef and his team: 2 stars well deserved! the service seemed to have a bit of stress in the evening: (1) simply too many without defined rolling all 5 seconds (literal) a service professional ran (something almost literally) through the guest room and only every other time there was a glass refilled, (2) very rarely could a real smile be perceived from the heart (3) the service group did not work as a real team that supported team work, unfortunately not with pride for others.
it was one of the best service we already had! we were impressed how excellent the whole experience was: timing, food quality, wein pairing. we went for a Sunday dinner and I very much propose to take the 4-course menu with wine pairing. it was blooming.
