Despite the perhaps somewhat pretentious first impressions of this place, the pricing at least of the set menus is quite reasonable and the value for money is quite good. I had the basic Menu Colbert at Euro 22.50, sitting outside as the weather was pleasant. Each of the courses was well presented and the food was quite nice, without being particularly outstanding. A good, basic selection, properly prepared and presented. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Wine by the glass (Eur 3) perfectly drinkable. Now if only they were open on Sunday for dinner (pretty much everything is closed on Sunday in Chatellerault).
I had a good dinner in a musical atmosphere, a very affordable menu) I enjoyed myself. Bravo to the pianist and the singer who has a wonderful voice and a great thank you to the whole team for the reception and the impeccable service... a very friendly place where everyone without knowing themselves is very friendly and respectful... Second night to dance until 2am. Bravo to the Dj who gave the mood. A big bravo and thank you again, it's a missing place in Châtellerault.. and I'm glad I discovered soon!
We managed to find this place when a lot of the other restaurants in town were closed. The staff were lovely and the interior and facilities are very nice indeed. The food was tasty but not amazing. The meat was delicious but the items it came with weren't great. We hit it at the wrong time too and our desert was interrupted by the staff dragging and banging the street furniture inside.
large brewery overlooking the beautiful blossac boulevard, a must-see artery in the center of chatellerault, the dome is a safe value. open kitchen on the very airy room, nice service, very affordable and quality lunch menus, varied and copied dishes, with a real effort of presentation. if the opportunity comes, we will return.

Open on Monday evening. Attractive restaurant with friendly staff. Plent of choice in the menu and a basic wine list with some useful half bottles. Prices were reasonable and it was overall good value. Food was tasty and two tired travellers were very pleased to find the place. I recommend it.
good meal for a noon, with the flat formula dessert ! quantity in the plate ! and very good. possibility to be served quickly, because for a lunch, the meal can be done in less than an hour
La Coupole is the place to go if you want good food and good service in Chatellerault. Wines, Sancerre white and red were on par.
