Avions réservé une table samedi soir pour y déguster les tartes flambées qui sont l'une des spécialités de ce restaurant. Je dirais même que l'on trouve ici les meilleures tartes flambées d'Alsace. Sans réservation, impossible d'avoir une table. Les serveuses sont efficaces et aimables et le patron vient personnellement à toutes les tables pour s'enquérir des remarques de ses clients . Dans la cour du restaurant il y a un véritable zoo avec de nombreux oiseaux exotiques. Restaurant à recommander et qui mérite le détour.
Very good traditional Alsacien restaurant. The owners are also doing home charcuterie. Nice for children to see the different species of birds in front of the restaurant. We ate pies torn to the munster and nature. They were excellent with a picon. On the other hand, the baba in dessert rum would deserve to be reworked, I don’t think it’s a home dessert. The service is efficient, professional and courteous, but will deserve to be a little warmer. You can go with your eyes closed for local specialties.
Welcome not very warm at the start but afterwards pleasant. We'd need another person for the service. The kitchen is very good and especially very copyy. What is unique in this restaurant outside the birdyard. Pink flames, ducks and jar a very nice discovery. Besides cherry on the cake there is a butcher shop next to the restaurant) where we can buy our meats. Good to the owner. We will go back on our next trip to Alsace
The bacon is made on site, quality gage: the pie is absolutely tasty. For us, the restaurant is one of the best, if not the best. Very local atmosphere, nice: an address of connoisseurs!

Tarte flambée evening, they are excellent straight from the source for the bacon which is a real treat. Large, well stocked and quality products are all we expect.
Excellent, friendly, generous! To be recommended, note the rare bird birds that will be pleased to see for the little as for the great.
