I stayed for 5 nights in hotel mas de la cremaillere and wanted to eat tonight. it is by far the most expensive dinner so far, but definitiw not the best. service is good and in harmony with a 3...star hotel restaurant. However, I am a little disappointing from my main dish (not really what I expected and gloomy (not bad, but I had many much better just the starter was simply excellent! not least, the restaurant is somehow connected to the thermal center and to be honest, it looks more like a retired restaurant than a 3 star restaurant! in serious, what the food quality is the definitiw a problem when they are less.

For me the 4* is overrated: carpet in the rooms and corridors stained it's not very healthy sink poorly placed in height and countertop too wide good and original cuisine quantities a little tight and especially the Tuesday evening menu half board served in small portions breakfast buffet correct but not very original service much too fast which does not give the impression of being at the hotel but in another place.... In the rooms for a long stay not enough storage for two pillows that really need to be changed lots of things to review very friendly and helpful staff well located in relation to the thermal baths

we were not there, but in a sister residence in the city. the personal was friendly and the place was clean and unlimited. although small, the menu was fascinating and my wife and I started with the house made foie gras, delicious. my wife then had what looked like a cake, but was a baked covered cassole of calf meat, sweet lectures and vegetables. but the main was incredible, after the menu it was a bullensteak with a side of shredded steak, boiled in red wine and narrow, served in a brand. it was delicious, very delicate and quickly disappeared. I will never forget this taste. the desserts were also good.

In a very friendly setting. Tasting the local charcuterie and cheese platters and more! A very original appetizer, discreet and fast service! Very good Thank you to the teams in charge of the service this Sunday!
