my own and my husband ate here on the way back to england. if they want to avoid the usual chain restaurants, it is a good choice. If they don't like fish, it is not! we had the fish and chips well cooked and presented, expensive but for what. they get. restaurant lacks ambiente, service is professional, but without warmth. no complaining, but no wow factor.
three of us in la criée, olive, and enjoyed a very pleasant evening. they were quite busy, it was the washing, and we had not eaten forward, but they found us a room and made us feel welcome. the food was served quickly, was hot and fresh. the lobster (I am reliably informed) was perfectly cooked. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We were passing through Orléans and let ourselves be tempted by the Criée. Really quality service!! The servers were attentive. They didn't wait for us to ask for water or bread before serving us again. The dishes, for their part, were delicious. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.
