A log fire played only a small part in making our evening at La Croix d'Or something special. With an excellent choice of menus (we chose the 30 Euro variant), we settled in for our evening treat and what a treat it turned out to be! The food was imaginative and excellent (we had nems to start followed by carre d'agneau). Mises en Boucher between courses all added to the experience. Cheese and desserts we very good too washed down with a very acceptable Moulin a Vent on offer. 100 Euros all up, not cheap but very well done.
