One of my best culinary experiences. All tastes are subtle, weighed and measured. Unpublished flavours that blend and blend perfectly. Nous habitons le coin et y mangeons régulièrement pour un dîner à deux, menu découverte. A chaque fois nous ne sommes pas déçus, les plats sont délicieux et nous passons un très bon moment. Pour moi le meilleur restaurant de Capbreton-Hossegor.
