a very pleasant welcome, while remaining sober. menus that do not scatter but remain balanced. very nicely presented plates. and to finish, essential, taste, very refined. The cooking of the calf was perfect, the tender meat. foie gras with a homemade apricot bread were delicious. desserts were original and excellent: special mentions for the "white eating" that delighted my mom and the watermelon/cactus assortment (I didn't even know it was eating.) that surprised my dad.
We never come by chance. the terrace in summer allows to appreciate the very good cuisine made by the chef and served by her husband, master of ceremony. the cellar is as interesting as the proposed map. Never disappointed. a service that allows to take the time to appreciate the place. You feel a little somewhere else, maybe at picasso?
