We were delighted to return to La Esquina on our weeks holiday and we visited here 5 times!! We just love the laid back, uncomplicated vibe and the excellent quality and delicious food!!! We have had all sorts from tapas to pizza, omelettes to prawns with avocado and much more and we have not had anything that was less than perfect. The service is ultra friendly and the prices are so cheap that we were staying all inclusive at our hotel yet we still came here nearly everyday as the prices didn’t use up all our spending money! Don’t let the dull appearance put you off, you could make the mistake of walking past as it looks nothing from the outside, but they obviously concentrate on good quali...
First visit to this great bar. Re opened yesterday after closure for re furbishment. Served by a lovely lady called Juliette who was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Only stopped for a quick drink and a snack, but will definitely return one evening for tapas and drinks. Beer and coffee best prices we've seen in Playa Blanca. Would strongly recommend fantastic view of the new harbour. Thanks for the great service.
Called in for drinks one day and saw other diners with grilled sea bass which looked FAB. We went back a couple of days later and tried it and were not disappointed. Very fresh and cooked to perfection. Great price point too. Currently not the best of locations due to the ongoing construction work on the new Cruise Jetty lost the sea view woth metal hoardings however there was minimal noise and no disruption.
Perfect wee pit stop for my daughter and I today. We just had a snack of garlic bread and cheese, a Fanta and a coffee but have to say, it was a really nice wee cafe. All the food at other tables looked nice and we weren’t rushed in any way. Took us indoors from the calima for a while and was a great wee people watching spot!

We were recommended to try this restaurant. This restaurant serves the best tapas in Playa Blanca. They offer a choice of tapas or ration size. Outstanding are their prawns in garlic and their croquettes. Their prices are also very reasonable and the service is excellent. This is a must visit in Playa Blanca.
This little cafe does not look like much from the outside but the service and food are wonderful. We have eaten here 3 times so far this week and each time it has been great. Highly recommend
We had the time to eat while we waited for the guagua and ate here. pizzas are very good !!!! is a normal and simple site but it was worth it.
This is a small cafe that is ideally placed to enjoy a coffee and drinks, including a tasty snack if you wish while people watching.

Great staff fab fresh fish lovely cold beer and a fab price. One of our favourite places to sit outside and eat. Highly recommended
We stopped off at La Esquina for a few cocktails. We waited about 30 minutes for 7 cocktails and it wasn’t very busy either.
