While passing through Toulouse, we took a lunch break at the Brasserie la Fabrique. We had a great time, a memorable welcome from the young waitress Coraline, a tasty cocktail made by the bartender, the dishes served were tasty, special mention to the tomato salad with the gazpacho, although the perfect eggs were also good for us. pleasant, all certainly made with love by the kitchen.
