5 stars for the atmosphere(very nice and cozy) and 5 stars for the service(excellent) , but only 3 for the food... linguini and clam sauce was tasty but clams were tough, shrimp la famiglia also tasty but shrimp were hard, pork braciol was over stuffed, but did not look appetizing, and not tasty at all. Oh the fried zucchini was great, but that would be the last thing I would want to be good... I'm a critical foodie sorry.
This is a wonderful restaurant for small or large gatherings. The food and service are superb and the portions are large and perfect for sharing. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front of the establishment. I was here 5 years ago for mothers birthday. Then returned in August for dinner and the food was not up to par ! Everything we ordered was just not the same... the waiter was great..atmosphere was fine but the food was so..so.. Greg our waiter was a pleasure the entire night serving us. He is a kind gentleman and it is clearly evident that he loves what he does. I highly recommend coming down to La Famiglia. This place is a must-visit! I will definitely be returning for more. The portion sizes are massive, so be prepared to have leftovers for the whole week. The family-style dining experience is wonderful.
