Unfortunately, all of the dishes were overcooked and lacked flavor, making them inedible for my guests and me. Additionally, we ordered Tiramisu, which was not fresh and seemed to have been stored for several days. The texture was dry, and the coffee flavor was barely detectable, leading us to believe it was not the authentic experience we expected. Typical Italian restaurant nothing exciting the food is good the staff is phenomenal plenty of parking available the drinks were good they actually have a really nice bar you can sit at overall I would recommend it but I wouldn't go out of my way just to go here I think the one in Taunton has a better atmosphere I would promote the food more like a presentation of how it cooked. Sort of like an upscale place which i feel your place is just didn't feel that way once we got the food. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a nice place, and the food was good , so I gave it four out of five.
I would like to to have given this place a better rating being that it was highly recommended by the local Team I was visiting. Group of 9, we were all disappointed on this visit. Our waitress was very busy and even when it was time to pay we had to get up and go find her. My hosts say that this was just a bad day so I will give LaFamila another chance next time I'm in town. I had the Portuguese steak and it was very tough. The appetizers were fine. The food took a long time to come out and then a couple of people in the group had to wait for theirs even longer.
To start I have been coming here for years so I’m leaving this review in hopes the restaurant will do a 180, the past view times I have ordered takeout in which I am not expecting the exact same thing compared to as in person, but the kitchen for takeout needs to change and asap the past view times I have ordered I received cold/undercooked food which is absolutely unacceptable on top of this experience the kitchen did not close my packaging and my food was scattered in the takeout. I am not saying I will not come back but this has been unacceptable.

We ordered the Calamari… it came out soggy, drowning in a soup they called “sauce” and over powered with banana pepper rings. The Portuguese steak was far from Portuguese. It was well over cooked, there were maybe 6 fries drowning in more sauce, the rice was 80% of the plate, over cooked and seasoned poorly. The egg on top does not make it a Portuguese dish. The bread was stale and tasted like it was made days before. Very disappointing dining experience for an overly priced meal that can’t live up to quality expectations.
The food is always cooked to perfection. This time I had a white Fruiti de Mare instead of the typical red sauce and it was excellent! My brother in law had the shrimp frad'ablo and thought it was a little too spicy hot for his palet, although he nearly devoured it.....would suggest if you are visiting this establishment, inform the wait staff as to the “temp” you prefer as they have always been outstanding at hitting it perfect!
Two of us had the fish. It was flavorless and over cooked. We were so disappointed. The menu states they receive their seafood fresh daily....it didn't seem fresh to us. Another meal was over cooked chicken. Over all it was a very disappointing meal. The waitress was wonderful! Very attentive in checking to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately we will not go back
Food was just ok, nothing special. Ordered the Portuguese steak my first bite was gristle it was extremely tough. For $26 I expected better quality, they took it back brought me another dish but our experience was overall disappointing for what we paid.

Service was excellent, friendly attentive. The food was awesome! And came out at perfect timing. The atmosphere was perfect. The background music was low enough that I could hear the conversation with my dinner party.
