La Fleur de Sel - Table reservation

We called in for a meal having a looked at what I would call a reps or business hotel in the same grounds. The layout of the restaurant is fairly basic but comfortable. The staff extremely friendly nothing was too much trouble , it was obvious looking around that there were a lot of returning business customers who were staying in the hotel . No wonder the food was excellent and quite large portions so much so that we had to say no to the cheese course although it was included in the set menu. We will definately return

The staff was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble, it was obvious to see that there were many recurring business customers in the hotel. No wonder that the food was excellent and very large portions so much that we say no to the cheese course, although it was included in the set menu. We will return

We were looking for a restaurant near our hotel and found it right next door. The staff was friendly and helped us explain the French menu. I had a warm duck salad star and then the beef fillet for the main thing. Both were very good. Husband had one of the fish nets he also said was good. It was also cheap. The service was also quite fast.

People were very friendly and welcoming, even if we had just a little lunch. Quality of food very good and service efficient. Popular place and Coveniet for a break on the way from the ferry South.
