Unfortunately, my experience at La Friterie Sinoise was really disappointing. I tried the fries and I have to say they are the worst I have ever tasted in my life. The taste was really odd, almost artificial, and it looked like they had been cooked in motor oil instead of the proper cooking oil or grease like they do here in the north. As soon as I tasted the first fry, I immediately felt an unpleasant and uninviting aftertaste. I tried to ignore that feeling hoping it would get better, but unfortunately it didn't.
