But I still haven't figured out why buying 800g of raclette cheese, it wasn't possible to have the cover with, while the store is empty of customers, that there's all that's needed in the store window. a dark story of unavailable slicer or simply don't want to serve the customer?

in addition to the visit to the cheese making (thank you sandrine) you can eat on the evening of the dishes of the region but local (25 meters) with the cheese making on site. the frame is really typical, not to miss under any pretext otherwise you regretted it.

We ate well, the homemade raclette cheese was very good, the copious dishes and the pleasant staff. We ate in a vaulted cellar, the decoration is top but the room is noisy and lacked a little ventilation.

Nothing to say, cheese shop just below. Very well. mouse and good staff. I recommend. All my savoyard specialties are here.
