Beautifull art on the walls and shelfs.Professional welcome , the new Manager took super well care of us , explaining us all about the wine from the aera.He suggested we choose wine by the glass to start with in order to be able to chose the wine we prefer to drink with our meal.He recommanded for me a wine from Blaye 2003 Organic wine and Biodynamic (it was just stunning for 6€ A glass ) and for trudy a delicate silky côtes de Bourg 2012 (5€ A glass) The food was really nice and fresh !Steak was just right ! The coconut cheese cake was a delightThanks very much for this evening !We will be back
Prachtige tuin, mooi interieur, jammer dat de keuken niet aan verwachtingen kan voldoen!Gezien de prijs én de uitstraling hoop je op een 'super' maaltijd, maar hier komt de Franse arrogantie om de hoek: 4 vette, oudbakken aardappel-partjes en een verkoold hoopje ui als begeleidend groente garnituur bij een 'steak'??-slagroom uit een spuitbus bij dessert (duidelijk 'van de bakker' - kan nooit zelf zijn gemaakt)Respectloos t.o.v. de Franse keuken, duidelijk een toeristen-geld-machine, ondanks de moeite om het er 'mooi uit te laten zien' :valt ernstig tegen!

As a family we've been to blaye several times and always find ourselves eating here, in fact this was our fourth visit. As always the staff are pleasant and helpful and always make you feel welcome. Asked for the tapas, and explained I'm veggie, they checked if I could eat fish, which I don't and provided an excellent taster tapas meal. The kids menu was great as was the wine. The owner here always says hello and it just feels really welcoming with quality food and drink. Thanks again to the staff for their patience with our tourist French!!

très bon restaurant nous étions 3 un lundi soir que dire un personnel patient un diner génial même si nous n'étions que 3 ce soir la.... RAS sur la qualité du service de l'amabilité du personnel au petit soin... A great way to spend a lunchtime with great food and a truly great environment with truly calming ambience. The staff are friendly and efficient. A truly great wine and drinks selection. Great way to start a trip across the estuary or a walk around the citadel. Well worth a short distance off the Main Street.
Nous avons déjeuné à cinq, des plats differents, très peut d attente pour cinq, servi ensemble bon et chaud, hamburgers de qualité, le personnel très agreable, et aimable. Merci, nous avons passé un excellent moment.Je vous recommande ce restaurant
Très bon repas avec un excellent service. Seul point négatif nous avons demandé une viande saignante et nous l'avons eu à point. Mais la viande était quand même très bonne.Je recommande ce restaurant.

Bonne adresse sans chichi, service plus que correct, plats sains, de saison, hamburgers de grande qualité et copieux.Tout cela sur une terrasse aérée, avec une carte des vins bien sélectionnée.
