..and this time we brought a lot of friends! We were 12! I had not made a reservation and simply turened up a few houers before lunch and asked for a table! It was not easy for them, but they managed to squeze us in. We came early, with strarving kids and grumpy dads! But with the gentle nature of the waiter The sun of the couple that runs the restaurant managed to turn us all in to smiles! For a few houers we felt like there guests and enjoyed their lovely food and wine! We will defenatly come back and are thinking of making this restaurant a tradition! Enjoy!
We found this cute family restaurant a couple years ago when just wandering the back streets of Cassis. The smell of white truffles drew me in like a fly to honey. We never forgot that simple meal of pasta, olive oil, and white truffles. We went to eat for three nights in a row this trip and were turned away the first two times. True, we did not have a reservation. The third night we showed up early and were blessed with a table. Same love and care with their pasta dishes. Lightly sauced but bursting with flavors and aromas.
This charming restaurant had been recommended by a local and I'm glad I tried it. Just up from the port and away from the tourist trap restaurants La Goccia has an authentic Italian atmosphere..dead simple. Extra friendly waiter and chef. A well thought out menu(thankfully not too extensive- something for everybody) and good wine list. I had without doubt the best Tiramisu ever..!! You may not get a harbour view, but the food makes up for it. GO.
Wonderful food service with a smile at this great Italian. I feel I can say this quite fairly having lived with an Italian family for afew years. We were recommended this place by our lovely owner of our boutique B B who frankly had us at the best place in and around Cassis!

Excellent restaurant dans une petite ruelle de Cassis proche du port Prix un peu élevés mais nous avons super bien mangé Peu de choix sur la carte, au moins on sait ce qu on mange Très bonne carte de vins Quantité suffisante dans les assiettes pour eviter le gaspillage
The food was delicious. I ordered pizza truffles, pastas seafood I know the name of the dish exactly I highly recommended. You also have a very good red wine
Délicieux restaurant italien, où la cuisine y est gourmande et les produits frais et de saison ! Passage obligatoire quand nous venons à cassis !!!
