Ho deciso di inserire questo titolo perché da Ticinese non ho mai avuto grandi esperienze con la pasta al di fuori del ticino o dell'Italia.In questo caso mi sono sbagliato.La pasta era ben cotta, e la mia carbonara globalmente era buona.La cameriera è stata cordiale e professionale. Qualche piccolo difetto ce ma nulla di non correggibile. Un consiglio per la pancetta, era buona ma un Po poco saporita.Il ristorante presenta molto bene ma la tovaglia di carta stona un poco.In generale considerato il prezzo è stata comunque una cena buona.
