I was at this restaurant about three years ago at approximately 2:15am after a night of heavy drinking at the village inn. We decided some sandwiches would do the trick, hot veals to be exact.People ordering like crazy, others eating, the place was rammed. When all of a sudden, I noticed through the glass, that the bread had huge 3 inch fur like green matter aKa mould, that if Mike Holmes found half the amount in a wall, would have called for a class 3 abatement. I kinda got grossed out and I freaked out loosing control, alerting everyone inside and out. It is currently under the same management and I haven't been there since.
I will never be back to this place after waiting double the time on the order after being told it should only be 15mins considering there was no one else in there, and on top of that the pizza had no flavour it was the worst pizza I've ever had really disappointed... And to top it off I asked for strips of bacon and they gave me ham with virtually NOO toppings ... The pizza tasted like straight sauce what a waste of money !!
We had dinner at this restaurant a couple of times. The first time was a couple of months ago and it was not good. However we decided to give it one more try this week and were very disappointed with their pizza and their pasta. Will never eat there again.
Pizza is excellent. They are open until 4 in the morning so it is convient because I work late. Walk In specials are very affordable. I always order extra sauce on my pizza because it is home made and delicious. I will be back! Book a table now
my friends came over to watch the hockey game earlier this week and wanted to order pizza....i told them abt la gondola and they couldn't believe how good it was and the price was dirt cheap.....i highly recommend this place!
This place is a take out joint that focuses on Italian food. It is a mom and pop place. They put soul into their food. Prices are excellent. I recommend the loaded veal sandwich. Just delicious. Nothing else to say.
They made a decent Steak sandwich and a spicy pepperoni pizza....I gues they could not compete with the other newer restaurant neighbours they are no closed down.
We order or go in and the food quality is always great ...very helpful mom and pop shop and I have had a catering meal from them as well. Book a table now
Sometimes its good and some times it's not. Dated restaurant that has not kept up with the times. Staff a little on the rude side.
