this so-called restaurant is a shame to French cuisine, to the gastronomy, to the restaurant very short. How can such a place be allowed to be served to eat? in a city as tourist as mauvezin??? We went to 4 last Saturday. welcomed by a waitress not far from noon, we waited for a good hour a meagre crudities/ cheese and then an hour later waiting for a small thigh of canard confit (correcte) with a handful of fries called houses and not peeled that had nothing fries elsewhere. completely exceeded by waiting, we decided to leave our table without waiting for dessert. My test is just 1h10 waiting to eat nothing. Arrival 12:30 waiting until 13:05 for an order, for a menu with 3 salads at the choice in the entrance and 3 dishes (blanquette, chicken with curry and steak).A 13:30 after several requests I am sure that our salads arrive.13:40 after a new claim from me the waitress returns to resume the order because it does not find it. There we abandoned. We arrived one night at the mauvezin and found a warm welcome, a home duck foie gras with white wine. we were very pleasantly surprised and discussed with the boss on her specialties. among them the cassoulet that requires a day of preparation. The boss, daniele, proposed to make it for the day-to-day. Rendez-vous was taken for lunch. and it was an excellent meal with an entrance (soupe of vegetables) followed by a plate of crudities or charcuterie. And finally, for dessert, a pastry shop with local apples. Thank you again.
