the best we eat in the pyrans. every bit delicious and service very friendly despite our limited French. they had three modest 3-course-prix-fixes meal (30-50 e) and an ala-carte menu. there were three of us so we ordered and shared each of the prix fixed menus. the Bigore menu won with the biggest sink with poached egg first cure and the best and perfectly boiled pork that I had ever for the second. the duck, lamb; and other courses all as delicious as the drinks. bravo
a very nice discovery. a very pleasant moment in this beautiful typical restaurant, with a view of the wood fire and cooking of very appreciable meats. a refined, sought-after and delicious cuisine I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the corner!
