during our stay in val thorens we enjoyed visiting this restaurant 5 times. we liked it very much. they have a good choice of food. in the first night the pizza crust was burned a bit, but the pizza was big enough that we were full without eating the crust. fondue was great. the gourmandine ice cream was super the service was also great.
Food was good, but the experience was unfortunately tainted by inpatient, surly and dismissive staff. With a serious nut allergy in the group, we needed to ask some crucial questions, which were met with a terse and unsympathetic response. When we asked for an extra...drink to be added to the order, the waiter said ‘I’m not a magician’ !
we always book here when skiing. you will find them answer quickly about bookings, the service is on fast and friendly. we are a party of 13 mix of children and adults. choose good menu for all of us and cheap. once twice. start and once at the end of the holiday. good food.
