Découvert par hasard (conseil lors d'une soirée), je me suis arrêtée le lendemain même pour déjeuner à La Grange. Situation idéale : on ne peut pas louper le resto. Vue de la terrasse sur les montagnes. Plat unique commandée : salade de St. Jacques. Un seul mot : excellent !!! Cette salade était bien copieuse, avec 8 belles noix de St. Jacques ; bien présentée (on voit que le chef aime cuisiner et mettre en valeur des plats). Having read a guide saying a "francophile's favourite restaurant" we had high expectations. One person even said it was Michelin star standard. Unfortunately not. The cooking is certainly accomplished but lacks creativity. Eg the same component appeared on a starter and two different main courses. Our two main courses were described as different dishes but were identical apart from the central meat. A starter was overly rich and filling leaving little room for anything else.Service was friendly but lacked professionalism and prices were reasonable. Have eaten here many times. Every time exceptional service and food. And the ambiance is fantastic, whether you are going for a quick après drink, a pre dinner glass of champagne or the full gastronomic experience, as we have always done. Lots of little unexpected and delicious courses sneak in amongst everything you have ordered. And the care taken over the cooking and presentation of the food makes it a very special night out.

Nous avons dîner à 8 personnes avec des plats différents pour certains pas mal pour d'autres pas terrible ! Par contre le prix est assez correcte dans l'ensemble .
This place is a big restaurant, it's always busy and the food is always good value for money and the service is good seeing as they must be rushed of their feet.
