I grow up in Sweden where Italian food and restaurants are at the highest standards. A lot of Italians migrated to Sweden years back and they brought with them their food culture and passion for life. I got to try this restaurant that has been on my list for while. For me it was amazing and super friendly server. Which is the door to everything. How you are welcomed and treated always matter to me. La Grotta is a lovely, elegant restaurant with incredible food, a fantastic wine list and wonderful staff. I used to routinely dine here when I lived in Atlanta 10 years ago. I was very pleased that it was just as amazing as I remembered. The restaurant has a lovely patio where you can relax and enjoy the food and wine. I highly recommend La Grotta!
We went here for our anniversary and it was really nice. Doug was our waiter and took a lot of time to go through the menu and was very attentive. The food was excellent and the setting was super nice. Highly recommend!
The patio is the perfect place for a later evening dinner. The sacchetti were delicious, as was the lamb. Overall, another wonderful evening at La Grotta
