We always visit this bar which is near the top of the tourist lift to Torremolinos town, it has a great view over the bay and is great value for money (wine and tapas for 2 Euro). If you want some honest Spanish tapas there...is no better place this close to the tourist area. Of the three bars in this location only this bar gets the locals and it's because of the tapas and the friendly staff.
